Consider attending one of our upcoming Children's Book Giveaway Days!
All are welcome to shop our gently used children's book collection.
Who: Everyone!
What: Select gently used children's books from Queen City Book Bank at no cost!
When: Next up, Tuesday, October 14th, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Where: Queen City Book Bank, 1200 Gest St., Cincinnati, OH 45203. We're located right off 75 with a parking lot directly in front of our building.
Why: To increase literacy, encourage reuse and increase book ownership. Restock your neighborhood Little Free Library, freshen up your child’s bookshelf or grab needed books for your community organization – all at no cost to you. Join us in spreading the joy of reading and developing lifelong readers!
What to bring: Bags and boxes are always helpful to tote your treasures home. Otherwise, just bring your curiosity and willingness to shop!
To allow the best possible variety and volume availability on our Giveaway Days we kindly ask that larger book needs be fulfilled via our book request form (scroll down to see link below). Each customer and/or family is limited to 200 books on Giveaway Day. Thank you for understanding.
Queen City Book Bank provides books to individuals, schools, and community members for personal and educational use. Books are not to be resold or used for other purposes.
Although our books are free, QCBB operates on a slim budget. Please consider making a donation to help support our mission! Queen City Book Bank is a 501(c)3 and your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. More info here:

Request Book Donations from the QCBB!
You can make gently used book requests for your Little Free Library, school, organization, etc. by filling out the following form. Shymain Walker will be in touch with you once she has reviewed your answers. Contact Shymain@queencitybookbank.org with questions.

We are incredibly grateful for our new 20,000 square foot facility where we have been able to offer a variety of Community Outreach Days for students and groups. The QCBB was founded on the idea that collaboration and community are crucial to a more literate Cincinnati! Since our founding in 2021, we have been privileged to host schools, summer camps, athlete volunteer days, book giveaway days and more!
