Book Bridge Program
One of the most successful ways to improve a child's reading achievement is to increase their access to books, especially at
home. This is why we implemented the Little Free Library program in 2018. Since that time we have worked with partners throughout our community to place over 250 Little Free Libraries - and we are still growing! The Queen City Book Bank receives thousands of gently used books each
year and Little Free Libraries are the perfect conduit to get books into
the hands of children and families who need them most.
Little Free Libraries are part of Queen City Book Bank's Book Bridge Program, which provides new and gently books to partner organizations serving a range of age groups. Through our Book Bridge Program, we also work with over 150 partners to further enhance book access and elevate literacy as a community priority.
